**Experienced Patient Care Coordinator – After Hours Call Center (Remote)**

We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our Sleep Central (After Hours Call Center) team in Murray, KY. As a key member of our remote team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care, efficient order processing, and exceptional customer service. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply. **Overview and Responsibilities** As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be responsible for contacting patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, verifying patient information, and placing orders in a timely manner. You'll work closely with our team to resolve tracking issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide exceptional customer service.
