Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we're seeking a talented Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Reviewing customer cases to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains * Conducting research and analysis to develop recommended strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty * Interpreting customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a clear understanding of the customer's journey * Translating findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership * Providing insights and process or improvement strategies to the leadership team * Working closely with the ECR leadership to develop and implement strategies based on your recommendations * Analyzing data for trends and patterns to develop actionable recommendations and reporting for key stakeholders * Reviewing customer cases to identify root causes of issues and making recommendations for improvements **Minimum Requirements** To be considered for this role, you'll need: * High School or GED * 1-2 years of contact center experience * 2-3 years of customer service experience * 1-2 years of experience in data analytics and performance reporting **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Demonstrated experience in data validation * Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools * Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis * Experience in analytics implementation * Proven skill level in Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts * Proven skill level in PowerPoint **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations * Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs and behaviors **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
