**Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**
As an Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
* Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
* Collaborating with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives
* Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to ensure efficient operations
* Standing/walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
* Working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
* Working in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
* Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a fast-paced operations environment
* Proven track record of success in managing teams, improving safety and quality, and driving productivity
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage hourly workforce
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement plans to meet business objectives
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures and noise levels
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a warehouse or delivery environment
* Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
