We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. As a pivotal member of our support team, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, identifying opportunities to improve our support processes, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
As the Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
* Identifying opportunities to improve our support processes and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
* Seeking ways to optimize our customer support across various channels, primarily Zendesk and email, and adapt based on feedback
* Understanding customer pain points and offering solutions that meet their needs while adhering to company policies
* Working with other team members to enhance our overall customer service
**Working Hours**
Working hours during initial onboarding and training will be between 9am-4pm CEST. Hereafter, regular working hours will be from 8pm to midnight CEST, Sunday to Thursday.
**Requirements**
To excel in this role, you need to have:
* 2-4 years of Customer Service experience
* Strong English skills for clear and effective communication
* Technical proficiency
* Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets
* Familiar with the Zendesk support platform
