**Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**
As a Part-Time Remote Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and driving our vision of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce**: You'll be responsible for leading and developing your team, providing guidance and support to ensure they're equipped to meet our high standards of safety, quality, and customer delivery promises.
* **Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises**: You'll play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations, ensuring that orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location, and exceeding customer satisfaction.
* **Collaborate with all support teams**: You'll work closely with our Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources teams to develop plans to meet business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
* **Physical demands**: You'll be required to lift up to 49 pounds, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts. You'll also work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and be subject to variable temperatures and weather conditions.
