**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent – Ticket & Gate Operations, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Ticket Agent:**
+ Greet and assist customers with the ticketing and baggage check-in process
+ Use a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
+ Manage the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel
+ Tag baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts
+ Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
* **Gate Agent:**
+ Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding
+ Use computers to assist customers with seat availability, gate announcements, flight status, checking, and handling baggage
+ Operate jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
+ Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

**What You Need to Succeed**

* **Computer Skills:** You'll need to possess entry-level computer skills and be able to use a computer to perform tasks such as selling, printing, and reissuing tickets.
* **Communication Skills:** You'll need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
