**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Medical Billing Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering all provider charges within the athenaOne system. Your duties will include:
* Data entry, including:
+ Provider Charges
+ Modifier additions
+ Other duties as assigned
* Providing data entry support to the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless data entry processes
* Adhering to company policies and procedures
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* **Strong time management skills:** Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
* **Detail-oriented:** Focus on accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of data entry
* **2 Years Athena and/or Centricity experience:** Familiarity with athenaOne and/or Centricity systems is highly desirable
* **Excellent communication and customer service skills:** Ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients
* **Familiarity with full cycle provider billing process:** Understanding of the medical billing process from start to finish
* **Professional demeanor:** Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* **Organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills:** Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
* **Dependability:** Commitment to working daylight hours, Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
* **Ability to use company-approved technology tools:** Familiarity with careerzynith's technology systems
* **High volume medical billing experience:** Previous experience in high-volume medical billing is preferred
* **Experience working within the athenaOne platform:** Familiarity with athenaOne is highly desirable
* **Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite:** Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
* **High school diploma or equivalent:** Minimum educational requirement

**Compensation:**
The salary range for this position is $34,000 - $41,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
