**Job Description**
We are seeking an Experienced Mechatronics Technician/Servicetechniker im Außendienst (m/w/d) to join our Service Techniker Team in the region of Karlsruhe/Pforzheim. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Repairing and maintaining machines for postal processing (franking machines, envelope inserters, RISO printers)
* Performing routine maintenance and repairs on machines
* Installing new machines at customer sites
* Receiving and documenting service requests in our SAP S4 Hana system
* Collaborating with our sales team to ensure seamless customer service
* Taking ownership of the Bavaria region, working closely with three other Service Technicians
* Traveling and occasionally overnight stays may be required
* Maintaining a high level of technical expertise and staying up-to-date with industry developments
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Technical education in mechatronics, electromechanical, or a related field
* Experience as a Service Technician/Servicetechniker im Außendienst (m/w/d)
* Strong knowledge of mechanics, electromechanical, and networking technologies
* Structured working style and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in English is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with SAP S4 Hana system
* Knowledge of postal processing machines and related technologies
* Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
