Experienced Life Customer Service Specialist – Insurance Product Support and Client Relations

Your responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, or requests * Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer needs professionally, and ensuring a positive experience * Resolving customer issues, troubleshooting problems, and escalating complex issues as needed * Processing transactions and requests, such as account updates, payments, orders, or service changes * Documenting interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system * Following call scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and compliance with company policies and procedures * Meeting performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates * Staying informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information * Handling sensitive information securely, maintaining confidentiality, and following data security protocols * Working in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to improve service quality **What's in it for you** At careerzynith, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that values your unique contributions.
