Experienced Customer Service Representative – Home Improvement and Repair

Our team is dedicated to making a positive impact in the communities we serve, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for: * Answering inbound calls and placing outbound follow-ups to ensure seamless communication with our customers * Monitoring and responding to multiple lead channels, including phone, text, email, and 3rd party vendor platforms (such as Angi or Thumbtack) * Educating customers on our services, pricing, and process to ensure a clear understanding of our offerings * Booking jobs efficiently and assigning the right craftsmen to meet customer needs * Managing scheduling via ServiceTitan to ensure timely and accurate scheduling * Supporting field teams with logistics and material coordination to ensure a smooth customer experience * Using internal tools and estimating resources to assess how much time to book for a project based on the customer's needs and project scope **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly organized, motivated, and customer-focused individual with: * 2+ years of recent ServiceTitan experience – required * Proven background in customer service with a strong focus on sales and service-based booking * Ability to convert leads to scheduled jobs on a single call * Exceptional reliability and consistent availability during work hours * High level of organization, multitasking, and stress management skills * Comfortable with dispatch software and cloud tools * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if needed) * Familiarity with Maryland and Delaware communities and geography is a plus, as it helps with scheduling, quoting, and crafting a more personalized experience for our customers **Remote Work Eligibility** This position can be remote, provided the applicant has: * A quiet, dedicated home workspace that is free from interruptions during work hours * Reliable high-speed internet and consistent power supply * Their own computer and necessary equipment * The ability to consistently and reliably work our business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM Eastern Time **Pay and Benefits** * Starting wage: $15–$20 per hour, depending on experience * Benefits package includes: + 401(k) + Opportunity for advancement + Paid time off **Why Join careerzynith?** * Opportunity to work with a national leader in home improvement and repair * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Competitive pay and benefits package * Career growth opportunities and learning benefits * Work-life balance with flexible scheduling options * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're ready to bring your ServiceTitan skills and sales confidence to a role where your reliability and professionalism make a difference every day, apply now!
