Our client is one of the largest sports clubs in Europe, offering a unique membership experience that combines premium fitness and leisure opportunities with a comprehensive approach to health and wellness. As a Junior Customer Support Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work with this esteemed client and provide technical support to their members, helping them get the most out of their membership experience.
**Responsibilities**
As a Junior Customer Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Gathering all required information from customers to start an issue investigation
* Investigating, reproducing, and documenting customer issues
* Providing steps/solutions on how to fix the issues
* Coordinating communication between IT teams and customers
* Administering the mobile application via the admin panel
* Maintaining documentation/knowledge base
* Preparing reports based on the number of requests, purchases, etc.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ years of relevant experience in customer support or a related field
* Ability to work with tools like Jira, Outlook, Slack, Teams, Word, and Excel
* Understanding of the basics of mobile applications and technology
* Manual QA experience (a plus)
* Experience with SQL Databases (a plus)
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Excellent communication skills
* Problem-solving skills
* Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)
