**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative - Work from Home, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a high volume of customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
* Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to account management, certification, renewal, and application processes
* Utilizing available systems to access customer accounts, update information, and provide accurate solutions
* Demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver personalized experiences
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
* Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and performance metrics to ensure quality and efficiency

**Requirements:**

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field

* Proficiency in computer software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute

* A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download/15 Mbps upload speed
* A valid Texas driver's license or proof of residency
**Technology Requirements:**
To ensure seamless performance, you must have:
* A Windows 10 or above operating system
* An Intel Skylake i3 (2015) or AMD Zen Ryzen (2017) or better processor
* 8GB RAM or better
* A direct Ethernet connection
* A consistent 50/10 Mbps internet connection
* Two monitors (a television screen can be used as a second monitor)
