**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong focus on communication and collaboration.
* At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
* Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
* The ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills.

* Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
* The ability to navigate Windows operating systems, with a strong understanding of desktop computer systems.
