You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues with compassion and empathy. Your passion for helping others will shine through as you: * Bring your expertise and knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans * Conduct research and make outbound calls to provide answers to customers regarding general health care benefits and eligibility questions * Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information **A Typical Day** * You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace * You'll be part of a dynamic team of customer service professionals, working together to deliver exceptional results * You'll have access to a range of tools and resources to help you succeed, including training programs, coaching, and ongoing support **What You Bring to the Role** * 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a passion for helping others * Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy * High school diploma or equivalent * Computer experience and a high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) * A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset of your own) * A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily login **What You Can Expect** * A supportive and inclusive culture that values your career and professional development * A global team of curious lifelong learners, guided by our company values * A base wage range of $16 per hour, plus performance bonus opportunities * A healthy benefits package, including PTO, tuition reimbursement, health and wellness incentives * Access to 1000s of free courses to support your career growth and development **A Bit More About Your Role** We're committed to ensuring you have the skills and support to be successful in your role throughout your career.
