**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the voice of our users, working closely with the event team to create content, run webinars, and provide online and onsite support for events throughout their duration. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting all users of the platform before, during, and after their event
* Running regular webinars for event organizers and exhibitors
* Helping the event team create content for attendees, exhibitors, and organizers
* Providing online and/or onsite support for events throughout their duration
* Being the voice of users to improve the product
**Your Profile**
We're looking for someone with a high level of English and any other language will be appreciated! Prior experience in customer service, support, or project management is essential, and experience in tech and events is a plus. You'll need to be:
* Excellent in interpersonal skills
* Collaborative with the ability to work autonomously
* Service-oriented & empathetic toward clients
