**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Minimum two years of operational or contact center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

* Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills, with a focus on resolving complex customer issues.
* Proven analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
* Proficiency in email applications and Microsoft Office products, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
* Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
* Experience with highly complex cases and customer service escalations, with a focus on de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution.
