Don't miss this opportunity to join our team and start your career journey today! **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Handling a high volume of incoming calls and chats with a high level of professionalism and courtesy * Gathering customer information, assessing, and fulfilling customer needs in a timely and efficient manner * Educating customers regarding tax preparation products and services, and resolving customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process * Utilizing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously, including our proprietary system, to provide exceptional customer experiences * Meeting or exceeding company and client performance metrics, including call handling times, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales targets * Maintaining a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision making, and evaluating opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and their customers * Accepting and embracing changes within the current business environment, and being responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * At least a High School diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 1 year call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving * Minimum of 1 year customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Minimum of 2 years computer experience in a work environment, with a strong understanding of technology and software applications * Tech support experience is strongly preferred, with a strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues * Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * A dedicated area to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection and a minimum speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (wired access only) **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred: * Experience working in the Banking/Finance industry, with a strong understanding of financial products and services * Experience working with tax preparation products and services, with a strong ability to educate customers on these topics * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances * Experience working with multiple systems and software applications, with a strong ability to navigate and utilize these tools effectively **What We Offer** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Competitive hourly rate of up to $14/hour in training and production * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K * Earned PTO, with a minimum of 10 days per year * Opportunities for career growth and advancement, with a strong focus on employee development and training * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance, including performance awards and celebrations * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
