**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements
* Manage and track local requests through InvoiceWorks and disperse as required
* Investigate and resolve office technology issues, including phone and copier machines
* Track and ensure employees complete onboarding obligations, including system access, workspace setup, and training
* Assist in station event planning, coordination, and execution
* Handle finance processing in Workbrain for management and care staff
* Process deprivation letters and arrange local communications and responses
* Manage employee terminations, including allowing and tasks, as required
* Assist with timekeeping capabilities, data entry, data review, compromises, and recording
* Maintain employee records, as needed
* Maintain station meeting plans, including monthly crisis response
* Access and manage various intermittent reports, including performance, review, cost, employee engagement, and recognition
* Update required manuals and maintain all security-related items
* Serve as backup for other finance capabilities
* Manage records for OSHA, security, and other regulatory requirements
* Assist with budget planning and compromise, including monthly reconciliation of landing charges
* Uphold inspecting exercises as required
* Track and confirm incentive reserves acquired
* Liaise with CRE/Offices and vendors to follow local projects, as needed
* Lead/coordinate work with other care staff, as needed
* Perform other duties as required
**What You'll Need for Success:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Previous office/administrative experience
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Familiarity with processes, procedures, and corporate design
* Ability to focus on work, be meticulous, and comply with time constraints
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
* Ability to be self-motivated and proactive
* Ability to understand the functionality and usefulness of specific software and systems
