**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Call Center Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and customers. You'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, resolving issues, and providing accurate information to patients and customers. You'll also be responsible for data entry, patient enrollment, and other administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle high-volume customer calls, resolving issues and providing accurate information to patients and customers
* Perform data entry, patient enrollment, and other administrative tasks
* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments
* Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling
* Investigate missing solution data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes)
* Settle all data entry-related exceptions
* Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
* Settle Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities
* Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas
* Identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as suitable
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school certificate or GED
* Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and close down PC, use the mouse to point and snap, start and close projects, switch between programs, save records, print documents, and access data online)
* Essential web browser skills (e.g., opening a program, composing URLs in the right area, utilizing a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, exploring utilizing back/forward/stop buttons, and finishing up forms online)
* Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (no less than 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
* Ability to convey recorded as a hard copy and verbally
* 18 years old or more seasoned
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center climate
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy professional with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
* Experience giving client care to inside and outside clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for administrations, and assessment of consumer loyalty
* Middle of the road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (no less than 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
