Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless transactions, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** • Complete daily tasks related to account processing, including check processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers • Coordinate with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulations • Assist various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing • Work on assigned member cases and tasks, ensuring timely and accurate resolution • Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and Federal Banking laws • Process mortgage bills, multi-account deposits, credit card bills, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams • Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products • Log, study, and make necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns • Process Stop Pays and Check Batching • Complete daily balancing and department closing • Obtain information from members for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests • Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information • Communicate with vendors to facilitate budget transfers • Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer regulations • Deposit check returns, review member draft changes, process member exams, verify members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers • Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need for Success** **Minimum Qualifications** • High school degree or GED • Intermediate Excel and Word experience **Preferred Qualifications** • Previous customer/member service experience • Previous banking or Credit Union experience • Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience **Essential Skills and Competencies** • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience or education • Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data • Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-pressure conditions • Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department • Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision • Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail • Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines • Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance • Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
