As a Physician Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to our patients, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions. You'll also be responsible for performing administrative tasks, such as opening and closing the clinic, managing inventory, and handling patient scheduling and follow-up. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions * Perform administrative tasks, such as opening and closing the clinic, managing inventory, and handling patient scheduling and follow-up * Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals * Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions * Perform routine medical procedures, such as vaccinations and injections, and provide evidence-based patient education and instruction * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication **Required Qualifications** * Graduate degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice permit to practice in the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) role * Or, in select states, an Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related graduate degree or equivalent experience along with Four-year education in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice permit to practice in the job * At least two years of clinically relevant experience * Completion of the SpO2 certification test within 30 days of hire * Ability to speak and write in multiple languages, including but not limited to Spanish (dependent on market) * Essential Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and working a Mechanical External Defibrillator (AED) * Pass a FIT assessment and wear the provided respirator mask when required by protocol **Preferred Qualifications** * Earlier student precepting experience with arenaflex is preferred, but not required * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment **Training and Development** * arenaflex offers a comprehensive training program for new hires, including onboarding, orientation, and ongoing education and training * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including mentorship, coaching, and leadership development * Access to cutting-edge technology, equipment, and resources to support your practice **Work Environment and Culture** * arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development * Our team of healthcare professionals is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team * arenaflex offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary range of $25-$35/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and compassionate healthcare professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
