**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of AI and ML models for our attractions. As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for driving the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI (ML) model development. You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver elite visitor experiences with intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex's Disney Encounters (DX).
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with internal partners to drive the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI (ML) model development for our attractions.
* Lead and work with cross-functional teams to execute and scale ML solutions to create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of functional objectives.
* Drive innovation, proof-of-concepts, innovation funding, and client communications that lead to growing top-tier AI stages.
* Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team.
* Build standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space.
* Productionize ML algorithms in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets.
* Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance, Coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews.
**Essential Qualifications and Abilities**
* 2+ years of experience in Python and with predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, etc.
* 2+ years of master-level experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
* Proficient in SDLC, QA cycles, and Article Arranged Programming Configuration Examples.
* Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets.
* 2+ years of experience with Wind stream or another data workflow management tool.
* Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and the expected outcome major areas of strength for and, relational abilities, and determination to complete responsibilities.
* Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Docker.
* Experience with control frameworks.
* Experience with Kubernetes.
* Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform.
* Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Experience with Agile development techniques.
* Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development.
* Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau).
* Experience with audio analysis.
* Experience with text analysis.
**Education**
* Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar technical foundation.
* Preferred: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar technical foundation.
