Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact on people's lives. **Job Summary** As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Record Goal team by using your knowledge of organization items, services, products, strategies, and Record Goal systems. You will apply your skills to communicate with delinquent clients, gather and arrange terms of reimbursement on outstanding account balances, and perform routine conditional tasks such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls to determine the reason for misconduct. You will also work closely with our Record Goal team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support to our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Support Record Goal team by using knowledge of organization items, services, products, strategies, and Record Goal systems * Apply information while communicating with delinquent clients * Gather and arrange terms of reimbursement on outstanding account balances * Perform routine conditional tasks such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls to determine the reason for misconduct * Work closely with Record Goal team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support to customers * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to share information and resolve issues * Meet or exceed business objectives and targets while cultivating a team-oriented environment **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in Record Goal, customer contact, customer support, or sales environment, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and precision * Ability to follow procedures, policies, and guidelines * Ability to listen and elicit information while exercising independent judgment to successfully identify and resolve issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adjusting to multiple needs in a organized yet adaptable, flexible, and changing call center environment * Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of colleagues and management **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a call center environment in the financial services industry * Military experience in staff benefits management, handling military workforce requests or changes, wartime status tasks, HR, or military recruiting * Military knowledge or experience including functional management, project management, mission development management, and financial management * Experience working with military regulations and directives, enrolled assessments, official/authoritative reporting, and assisting in keeping military staff battle-ready and effective * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and across all levels of the organization, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are essential **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and precision * Ability to follow procedures, policies, and guidelines * Ability to listen and elicit information while exercising independent judgment to successfully identify and resolve issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adjusting to multiple needs in a organized yet adaptable, flexible, and changing call center environment * Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of colleagues and management * Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and across all levels of the organization, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are essential **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
