However, we anticipate this role will grow, and we're seeking a candidate who can adapt to increasing responsibilities. As a Data Entry & Processing Specialist, you'll be responsible for entering information into our database in real-time, updating job titles, quote/shipment statuses, and sending emails and/or making calls to our manufacturers during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8-5 Eastern Time). **Key Responsibilities** - Enter information into our database in real-time, including quote requests, new companies/contacts, and incoming purchase-orders. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our database, including job titles, quote/shipment statuses, and other relevant details. - Send emails and/or make calls to our manufacturers during business hours to ensure seamless communication and timely updates. - Collaborate with our team to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies. - Participate in bi-annual trade shows and site visits, providing occasional in-person support to our clients and manufacturers. **Essential Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) preferred. - 1-2 years of experience in data entry and processing, preferably in a sales or manufacturing environment. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. - Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with database management systems (e.g., CRM, ERP). - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with sales or customer service software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot. - Familiarity with manufacturing or sales processes, including quote requests, purchase-orders, and shipment tracking. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues. - Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist, CDES). **Skills and Competencies** - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, manufacturers, and team members. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data-related issues. - Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
