**Key Responsibilities:**
* Execute medical services methodologies and drive patient wellbeing results
* Ensure consistency of clinical pharmacy services
* Execute against distinguished partner established pharmacy programs
* Drive pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost repayments while improving patient wellbeing results
* Responsible for prescription handling from a remote setting
* Cultivate strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned region and serve as a representative and contact of the organization
* Fill in as an educated authority and resource to other pharmacists and field leaders
* Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy industry and maintain required licensure
**Work Liabilities:**
* Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to:
+ Drug Treatment Management programs
+ Vaccination Services
+ Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects
* Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met
* Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by:
+ Reviewing, assessing, and re-planning processes
+ Monitoring and examining results
+ Executing changes
* Ensure region pharmacies comply with administrative compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines
* Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives
* Carry out and execute patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance
* Uphold efforts on improving patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g. patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, etc.)
* Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership
* Uphold staff training experiences and advancement opportunities
* Advances cooperation and spurs pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organization strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
**Essential Capabilities:**
* Current pharmacy license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority
* Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues
* Experience working with confidential information
* Able to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends
* Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates
* Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, contingent upon oneself to complete goals and it is essential to determine when escalating issues
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Able to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
**Favored Capabilities:**
* Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary
* Knowledge of health insurance plans
* Knowledge of PC operating systems including Radio, Commitment, and Plus
* Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g. opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a chart or a note, moving items, printing worksheet view or running a pivot table)
* Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g. inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show)
* Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g. opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review pane, or printing capabilities)
