**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Development team. As a key member of our team, you will apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, identify untapped client needs, and uncover new content opportunities. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Investigate client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and uncover new content opportunities
* Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
* Develop and refine our content launch and episode release strategy
* Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the entertainment and media industry
* Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
* Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
