**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will:
* Collaborate with clients to resolve how-to questions and investigate issues on the arenaflex platform
* Provide a "human-first" experience through voice and written communications across various channels, including chat, email, phone, and arenaflex devices
* Develop expertise in arenaflex products, both from a technical and customer use-case perspective
* Identify opportunities to enhance client value, streamline processes, and drive business growth
* Work closely with leadership to implement organizational efficiencies, share feedback, and drive team performance
* Partner with peer colleagues to increase client engagement and retention, fostering a collaborative team environment
**What We're Looking For:**
* 2+ years of experience in providing SaaS customer support to organizations with complex models
* Proven track record of driving client success and improving outcomes
* Experience in constructing best practices for help quality and efficiency, possibly from a leadership or mentorship role
* Ability to work independently and adapt to uncertainty while contributing to a high-performing team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Familiarity with fundamental web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript) and multiple helpdesk systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, etc.)
