Virtual Assistant (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational needs for U.S.-based firms. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in organization, communication, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
The Virtual Assistant will work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, efficient workflows, and high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including email and calendar management
Schedule meetings, appointments, and virtual calls across time zones
Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence
Manage data entry, file organization, and digital record-keeping
Assist with client communications and follow-ups as needed
Support internal projects, task tracking, and deadlines
Coordinate with team members to ensure operational efficiency
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Required Qualifications
Previous experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities
Proficient in common business tools (e.g., email, calendars, document platforms)
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
