**Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Spanish and English
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
* Help customers navigate the music streaming platform and ensure they have the best possible listening experience
* Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
* Provide exceptional customer support and create a unique experience for each individual customer
* Meet productivity and quality standards, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
* Strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
* Experience providing customer support via inbound messaging, with a focus on resolving complex issues

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and communication tools

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing exceptional service
* Familiarity with music streaming platforms and services
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Strong knowledge of customer support software and tools
* Certification in customer support or a related field
**Workspace Requirements:**
* A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or above
* A working webcam and willingness to use it during orientation and as needed
* Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBPS or greater
* 8 GB RAM or better
* Dual monitors highly recommended
* Ability to download and install arenaflex security systems on your computer and mobile phone
