**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and empathetic manner

**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* At least 6 months of customer service experience in a healthcare or related field
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong computer skills and high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps)
* A reliable smartphone or device running iOS or Android for daily login
* A headset (USB wired or compatible) for clear communication
