**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Spanish Bilingual, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders, collecting facts about accidents, investigating claim details, and collecting statements from involved parties. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, and you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collect facts about accidents, investigate claim details, and collect statements from involved parties
* Provide exceptional service to policyholders, showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction
* Work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
* Multitask on computer systems, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
* Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
* 12+ months of claims liability-making coverage and liability decisions experience required
* In-office role – Must commute to 3535 W Pipkin Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811
* Experience providing outstanding customer service
* Solid computer multitasking skills
* Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
* Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
* Eagerness to explore new skills and openness to different career paths
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associate’s degree or higher
* Active Adjusters insurance license
* Experience working in a call center environment
* Familiarity with claims handling and insurance industry practices

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
* Competitive salary range: $23.45-$26.05 per hour / $47,250 - $52,490 annually commensurate to experience
* 10% Bilingual Differential
* $1,000 completion bonus after successfully completing training and orientation (around 6 months)
* 10% evening differential for applicable shifts
* 20% weekend differential for applicable shifts
