Your key responsibilities will include: * Advocating for our customers, problem-solving, and owning issue resolution in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements * Investigating customer concerns, creating and implementing process improvements, and reporting trending customer issues * Supporting other customer service advocates, guiding them to the right path to solve customer concerns, and providing in-the-moment feedback to ensure they're connected to the right resources * Completing a Language Assessment (Successful candidates will need to complete a Language Assessment) **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual who possesses excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification * At least 2 years of customer service experience * Fluency in Spanish and English * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to maintain a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of experience working in the financial or credit card industry * At least 1 year of experience working in a call center **Work from Home Technology Requirements** * Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions * Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot * A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network * Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP) * Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions * ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred * To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com, type Speed Test and run from the Google landing page * Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met **Work from Home Location Requirements** This role is 100% work from home.
