**Job Role**
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
* Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates
* Routing technicians based on location, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
* Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
**Schedule**
Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will work a flexible schedule, with the following arrangements:
* Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
* Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous call center experience, with a minimum of one year
* The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan)
**Remote Work Requirements**
As a remote worker, you'll need to provide:
* High-speed internet access
* A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
