**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and measure the effectiveness of those solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct pre-and post-examination of business programs, key projects, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing initiatives to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
* Investigate the execution of various pilot projects, following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing)
* Maintain and update required tools and systems based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models
* Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes, and develop solutions to address them
* Proactively seek out patterns and trends in data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth
* Support the development and improvement of arenaflex tools and systems to drive business growth and improvement
* Model business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs
* Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and develop business cases and recommendations for business leaders
* Perform other related and assigned duties
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or measurement
* Experience in Management Consulting or Design Thinking highly preferred
* Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization
* Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
* Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
* Proficiency in other MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of Financial and Operating Performance Reporting
* Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Strong change management skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Willingness to exhibit entrepreneurial thinking to drive growth and improvement in overall business performance
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, macros, and SQL
* Experience with statistical analysis using R or similar tools
* Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools
* Knowledge of SharePoint
* Functional understanding of sales, delivery, warehouse, and production processes
* Project management or support experience
