What Youll Do:
Coordinate client schedules, appointments, and deadlines
Manage workflow processes to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Communicate with clients and team members to gather necessary information
Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending items
Maintain organized records and documentation of workflows
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in scheduling, workflow coordination, administrative support, or customer service (preferred but not required)
