Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Freight Data Entry Processor to join our team in a fully remote position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing accounts, determining proper charges, and accurately entering information into our systems. Responsibilities

• Process accounts and determine proper charges, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Enter information into our systems, using computer calculators and client systems to calculate rates, mileage, and overflow charges.
• Review accounts and determine their appropriate classification, combining multiple accounts into one for our clients' customers.
• Use internet search engines (e.g., Google) to determine account connections and maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve acceptable rates and quality to meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Potentially assist in the training of employees to perform job duties.
• Be willing to receive constructive feedback with an objective open mind and be cross-trained in other departments to meet company daily production commitments.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, complete required Compliance Training within the scheduled time, and actively participate in overtime requirements within the scope of company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Microsoft Office experience is preferred.
• File sharing experience is preferred.
• High-speed internet is required.
• All equipment is provided, including PC, monitors, keyboard, and mouse.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay range: $16.30-$17.50 per hour, based on a market-based approach considering federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements and geographic location differential.
