**Responsibilities**
As a Fashion Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service experiences, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Managing customers' orders, changes, and returns of products and/or services, ensuring timely and accurate product and service delivery.
* Providing product information, recommendations, and promotions to customers, driving sales growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
* Maintaining accurate records and data, ensuring data accuracy and attention to detail.

**What We Offer**
