You will work closely with our team of experts to provide training, support, and analysis to our clients, including those in the US Government and enterprise sectors. You will be the go-to expert on business record and charging issues, proactively assisting clients to avoid potential problems and jump deep to understand the root causes of issues to resolve them efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including training, support, and analysis * Work closely with the AWS Venture team, including Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Sales and Solution Architects * Serve as the subject matter expert on business record and charging issues * Proactively assist clients to avoid potential problems and resolve issues efficiently * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve client issues * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that clients receive the best possible service **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or computer science * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or business-to-business environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a cloud-based environment, preferably with Amazon Web Services (AWS) * Knowledge of business record and charging issues, as well as experience resolving complex technical issues * Certification in a relevant field, such as AWS or Microsoft Azure * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty * Strong understanding of industry trends and developments, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications * Strong understanding of industry trends and developments, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
