**Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities**
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with consumers to assess their needs and preferences, forge long-lasting relationships, and generate sales leads. You'll also attend regular training sessions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products and offerings. Your responsibilities will include:
* Working directly with consumers to assess their needs and preferences to ensure customer satisfaction
* Forging long-lasting relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Generating sales leads and creating potential business opportunities for the company
* Attending regular training sessions for our Customer Service Representatives to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products and offerings
* Adhering to company guidelines, procedures, and policies to ensure full compliance with our clients' standards
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and handling confidential customer information
* Troubleshooting problems and empathizing with customers to resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner
**Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications**
We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles. Your qualifications should include:
* Proven customer service or retail sales experience (although we provide full training for the right candidate!)
* A high school diploma or GED
