**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our online chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, providing accurate information about our products and services, and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet their needs
* Provide detailed information about our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and dealers
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping us build a robust database of potential leads
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights into their preferences and pain points
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* A positive and professional demeanor is crucial, with excellent written and verbal communication skills that shine through in every interaction
* Gaming experience is helpful, as it demonstrates your ability to think on your feet and navigate complex situations
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST, is required
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask is preferred, gaming experience is helpful
