In the United States, the base salary for this role is $85,000, with on-target earnings of $110,000 or more. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level rather than specific location. For candidates based in other countries, we offer competitive pay bands aligned with local market standards.
Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at careerzynith. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these considerations. We recognize that the person we hire may be more junior or more senior than what this job description outlines. If that is the case, the updated salary range will be communicated transparently during the candidate process.
