**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to assist our Channel Marketing team with Customer.io campaign execution, focusing on template and campaign development, and technical troubleshooting for email and SMS. This is a fully remote opportunity, requiring 15-20 hours of work per week for approximately 3 months, with potential to extend. Our team will provide a laptop, and you'll have access to our cutting-edge technology and tools.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an Email Marketing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Creating and managing robust segmentation and multiple campaigns simultaneously in Customer.io
* Developing and coding responsive email and SMS templates using Liquid Logics
* Setting up, running, and providing reporting on A/B tests
* Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights to improve efficiency
* Proactively QA testing and troubleshooting technical issues related to campaign setup, segmentation, rendering, and deliverability
* Clearly communicating execution timelines and engagement metric reporting
* Providing campaign statuses and performance to the Marketing team
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 4 years of experience executing Email and SMS campaigns
* Advanced coding capabilities within Email HTML, CSS, and Liquid Logics
* Proficiency in the Customer.io platform and Twilio
* Track record of troubleshooting technical issues
* Stellar communication skills and responsiveness
**Nice to Have**
* Working knowledge of Figma, Email on Acid, and/or Dreamweaver
