You'll be responsible for interacting with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team where you'll have the chance to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experience * Interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues and sell new products and services * Evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues in a timely and efficient manner * Utilize strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues * Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers * Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly contests to earn cash bonuses and prizes **Essential Qualifications:** * Must be 18 years of age or older * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills * The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute) * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) * Basic understanding of Windows operating system * Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality * The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues * An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation * Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) * Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage * Strong team orientation and customer focus * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in a customer service or sales role * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Knowledge of industry trends and product knowledge * Certification in customer service or sales **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation * Strong team orientation and customer focus * Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
