**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Director, Risk Management and Business Process Improvement to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for investigating organized and unstructured data, deciphering information using factual, monetary, AI, or business insight methods, and teaming up with innovation and different gatherings on mix and execution of hazard the board approaches and business procedures. You'll also identify and assess new information sources that could add steady productivity to arenaflex's items/administrations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Investigate organized and unstructured data to decipher information using factual, monetary, AI, or business insight methods
* Team up with innovation and different gatherings on mix and execution of hazard the board approaches and business procedures
* Identify and assess new information sources that could add steady productivity to arenaflex's items/administrations
* Use industry and inward accepted procedures and consolidate administrative criticism on a case by case basis to drive persistent improvement in risk the board techniques and systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business process improvement strategies
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management and business process improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Math, Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
* 1 year of experience in risk management, deciphering complex examinations for technical and non-technical audiences, working with technical, scientific, business, and non-technical groups, financial analysis, and creating and executing business process improvement techniques
* Experience with MS Excel for financial and data reporting and modeling
* Experience with Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, UAT, and Unix
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in risk management and business process improvement
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with machine learning and AI techniques
* Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure
* Experience with agile project management methodologies
