**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and drive innovative talent acquisition strategies
* Identifying opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
* Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating candidates who apply to them
* Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open
**Essential Qualifications and Skills:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 1 year of work experience in a related field
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and candidates
* Proactivity and the ability to work in a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support
* A keen eye for detail in daily tasks, with a focus on accuracy and precision
* Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
