**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assisting with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Collaborating with management to address and suggest systematic opportunities and issues, driving continuous improvement and excellence

**Education and Work Experience:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma, with a college degree preferred
* 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
