**Key Responsibilities**
As a Medical Receptionist / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting patients as they enter our facilities with a warm and welcoming smile
* Completing patient intake activities utilizing iPads and paper, ensuring accurate and timely completion of necessary forms and documentation
* Verifying insurance coverage and benefits for patients, ensuring seamless billing and payment processes
