**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for studying, resolving, and correcting records to ensure the accuracy of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You'll work closely with various internal and external teams to resolve issues, reconcile eligibility among systems, and monitor records. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in collaborating with our team to find green resolutions to complex problems.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Study and resolve issues related to eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve problems and find green resolutions
* Reconcile eligibility among systems to ensure consistency and accuracy
* Monitor records and identify potential issues or discrepancies
* Develop and implement solutions to improve data entry processes and accuracy
* Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and analysis
**Required Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving communication skills
* Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Experience in healthcare industry is highly preferred
