Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact in the lives of our customers and stakeholders. **Responsibilities:** ### Case Processing Support * Log in petitions and create and label case folders accurately and efficiently * Conduct thorough research on cases to ensure accurate data entry and processing * Prepare and enter associated data in systems, maintaining the integrity of files within process units and file storage * Scan documents and associate them to electronic case files, ensuring seamless data management * Organize case files in document order, ensuring easy access and retrieval * Identify, report, and obtain missing documents for cases, ensuring timely resolution * Collaborate with team members to resolve case-related issues and improve processes ### Mail Room Support * Receive, sort, open, organize, date stamp, and deliver incoming mail and cases accurately and efficiently * Operate letter insertion and postage equipment, ensuring timely and secure mail processing * Identify and sort mail, petitions, and files, prioritizing urgent and sensitive documents * Deliver routing sheets/file requests to the appropriate units, ensuring seamless communication * Request and receive files from other units and deliver them to the appropriate units, maintaining confidentiality and security * Log and deliver messages, logging petitions, and maintaining accurate records ### Communications Support * Log and deliver messages, logging petitions, and maintaining accurate records * Input call questions and/or email responses into tracking systems, documenting every call/email * Escalate calls to supervisors as required by procedures, ensuring timely resolution * Resolve caller questions promptly and efficiently, providing clear and accurate answers * Communicate answers clearly and correctly from scripted call response plans, ensuring consistency and quality * Reference answers from a computer while rapidly typing notes into a system, maintaining accurate records ### Intermediate Computer Skills * Possess good interpersonal and professional communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration and customer service * Demonstrate good attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and quality * Capable of working in a multi-task environment with rapidly changing priorities, adapting to new challenges and deadlines * Possess a very good command of the English Language; Spanish is a plus, ensuring effective communication with diverse stakeholders * Demonstrate a professional work ethic, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude in all interactions ### Qualifications #### Minimum Qualifications: * One (1) to two (2) years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in an office/clerical environment * Ability to pass a typing test of at least 35-40 WPM with no errors, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry * Experience in an office/clerical environment is desired, with intermediate computer skills utilizing multiple monitors and active sessions * Basic use of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Email, ensuring effective communication and data management * Good interpersonal and professional communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration and customer service * Good attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and quality * Capable of working in a multi-task environment with rapidly changing priorities, adapting to new challenges and deadlines * Very good command of the English Language;
