**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and merchants, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
* Collaborate with the Merchant Services Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and team performance
* Mentor and coach colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality
* Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
* Utilize Google Sheets and other tools to perform data analysis and reporting
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Proficiency in Google Sheets and other data analysis tools
